I started my catering career in fine dining pubs, restaurants and trained at Ballymaloe in Ireland. I went on to work for an events company in London and running my own small catering business, cooking all over Europe. My first ski season was twenty years ago and I got the bug to do many more. I’m passionate about both food and the mountains and am lucky enough to combine the two. Having worked in some exclusive chalets in the Three Valleys I understand the importance of presentation, delivery and pride myself on well sourced ingredients with flavour and cater for all manner of occasions.
Chalet Cook although not in its official capacity has been going for many years and I have the pleasure of working alongside a talented group of freelance chefs that have also been in the trade as long as I have.
People work harder than ever and I believe that the way we holiday is more bespoke than it used to be and I want to provide a service that compliments your idea of relaxing and unwinding with great flavours.
